Growomat · What it does
Not a bundle of tools. One system.
Build, optimize, understand and sync your ads in one place. Every surface reads and writes the same live data, so whatever is driving it, Growomat or you, it sees the whole picture.
- Google Ads
- Microsoft Advertising
- Reddit Ads
- Meta Ads
The loop
Connect, cap, build, optimize, report.
The whole product is one loop, and you decide how much of it happens without you. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Connect
Starts with what you already run.
Connect your ad accounts and Growomat imports what is there. Read only until you say otherwise, so it can neither spend, pause nor edit while you are still deciding.
Cap
A cap it cannot spend past.
You set a hard monthly limit and the engine runs inside it. Enforced in code, not policy. Bids move at most 15% per cycle and budget shifts stay under 25%.
Report
One report, in plain language.
Where the money went, what it earned, what was wasted, and what changed in your accounts. Every figure names its source, so you can check any of them.
Build
One sentence in, complete campaigns out.
Campaigns, ad groups, ads and keywords, drafted for Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Reddit Ads and Meta Ads and validated against each platform's real limits. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Optimize
Watched every day, inside your limits.
Autopilot proposes changes, or makes the routine ones itself if you ask it to. Anything that backfires reverts itself within 48 hours, and one click brakes everything. Autopilot optimizes campaigns on all four platforms. Applying a platform's own recommendations is available on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Reddit Ads has no recommendations API, and Meta Ads is in development.
Open
Open to your own tools.
A versioned REST API, typed clients generated from its spec, and a hosted connector that puts 70 tools in front of an assistant you already use. Included on every plan.
The workspace
One window, every account you run.
Campaigns, assets, analytics, conversions, budget and sync in one place. One source of truth underneath, so the assistant, the analytics, Autopilot and your own tools all act on the same live data.
Campaigns
Author once. Launch on every platform you run.
One campaign links to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Reddit Ads and Meta Ads at once, with sync in both directions. Build here, push live, pull platform changes back.
Analytics
Every platform in one view.
Spend, clicks, conversions and cost per conversion across every account, with flags when something shifts. Period-over-period comparison built in.
Mission Control
Ask for what you want.
"Bump the London campaign to £60/day and pause anything under a 2% CTR." It proposes the change as a draft. You approve it.
Conversions
Optimized toward revenue, not clicks.
Click capture, an identity store, and ingest from Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce and GA4, with adjustments on refund. Optimization waits until that signal is actually feeding.
Businesses
Your brand, once.
Each Business holds a brand, its products, its audience and its uploaded documents. Every draft written anywhere in the workspace reads from it.
Spaces
A walled workspace per brand or client.
Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer roles, with accounts isolated per Space. Nobody on the team ever handles a raw API key.
Autopilot
Watched every day, inside limits you set.
Every limit below is a rule the engine runs inside, not a policy it is asked to respect. It cannot spend past them.
- Hard monthly cap
- Max bid ceiling
- ±15% bid velocity
- ≤25% budget shifts
- 95% confidence to act
- Auto-revert within 48h
Autopilot optimizes campaigns on all four platforms. Applying a platform's own recommendations is available on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Reddit Ads has no recommendations API, and Meta Ads is in development.
On Reddit Ads and Meta Ads, changes informed by conversions wait until your conversion tracking is actually feeding. It refuses to optimize toward a signal it knows is not there.
The glass box
You can see inside, and it cannot run away with your money.
The instructions behind every draft are visible and editable. Guardrails are enforced in code rather than promised in a policy. Every change is logged, and every change can be undone. This is the whole argument, and it is checkable on day one.
- Drafts are proposed. You approve them.
- The prompts behind them are open, and you can edit them.
- Limits are compiled in, so the engine cannot spend past them.
- An audit trail covers every action, ours and yours.
